With my own personal reasoning skills I can see that in these African HIV trials, the two groups were

so similar in every respect except circumcision status that the difference in HIV test results can only be reasonably explained by the absence of foreskins in one group.   14 votes - 31 %
so different in so many ways besides circumcision status that the difference in HIV test results could be unrelated to the absence of foreskins in one group.   31 votes - 68 %
